iLead Institute Hungary is a comprehensive website for a leadership training center that offers executive education programs and MIT Sloan Management Review magazine subscriptions. The platform serves as the digital presence for the Hungarian branch of iLead Institute, showcasing their flagship Be Future Ready Executive Program—a 10-month MIT-inspired leadership development course. Instead of traditional FAQ sections, the site features AI-powered chatbots that answer visitor questions about the program and magazine subscriptions in Hungarian. The website includes detailed information about the institute, their values and mission, instructor profiles, program curriculum, and automated workflows for lead capture and brochure downloads. Built with modern web technologies and fully optimized for mobile and desktop devices.

The main challenge was creating an AI chatbot system that could accurately understand and answer questions in Hungarian, especially vague questions without explicit context like 'How much does it cost?' or 'Where does it take place?' We implemented intelligent context enhancement and hybrid search combining semantic understanding with keyword matching to ensure accurate responses. Another challenge was designing a responsive layout that adapts differently between mobile and desktop—not just scaling, but completely different structures with background images on mobile and grid layouts on desktop. We also needed to automate multiple email workflows (contact inquiries, brochure downloads, subscriptions) while maintaining clean separation of concerns.
